Our team
We are aware that it's people that make the difference,
which is why at Wordways we devote maximum attention to the recruitment, qualification and management of our resources.
Our language resources (translators, reviewers, posteditors, etc.) undergo a strict qualification process, are mother-tongue (i.e. translate or review translations into their mother-tongue language exclusively), hold a university degree, must prove their experience and are assigned to projects that match their areas of expertise perfectly.
The Project Management team is made of highly-qualified, senior resources with advanced technical skils and expertise thanks to the number and variety of projects managed over the years. From small, high-visibility translations to large-scale multilingual programs our Project Managers know exactly which requirements are involved and adopt the most appropriate solutions for each project and customer.
